1. Return Window

You may return Kiralis Multivitamin Source within 14 days of receiving your order. This applies to all New Zealand customers and reflects both our voluntary commitment and the protections available under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the product must be: in its original, unopened packaging with the tamper-evident seal intact; undamaged and not subjected to misuse or improper storage. Please note: food supplements with a broken seal cannot be returned for hygiene and food safety reasons. This is a lawful exception under applicable consumer regulations.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return: contact us at info@herbalankleux.shop or by phone at +64 9 887 4231 within 14 days of receipt; we will provide you with return instructions and a return address; ship the product back using a tracked courier service; once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

4. Return Shipping Cost

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received in a damaged or faulty condition, in which case we will arrange collection at our expense.

5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. Since payment was collected on delivery, refunds are issued via bank transfer or by the method agreed at the time of return.

6. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. Call or email us to cancel. If you have already received the confirmation call but the order has not yet been dispatched, cancellation is still free of charge. You may also simply decline to accept the parcel on delivery - in this case, the order is cancelled and no payment is taken.

7. Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
