Kiralis Multivitamin Source is delivered across New Zealand with cash on delivery. No prepayment - you pay when the parcel arrives at your door.

Timeframes are estimates from the date of dispatch. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days after phone confirmation. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
How the Process Works
Order → Confirmation → Delivery
Once you submit your name and phone number on our order form, a member of our team will call within a few business hours to confirm your order and delivery address. There is no need to create an account or save any card details.
After confirmation, we pack and dispatch your order within 1-2 business days. The courier will deliver to your door and collect payment at that point - cash or card accepted.
Payment on Delivery
We accept cash and major debit or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) at the door. No prepayment is ever required through this website.
Returns & Cancellations
14-Day Return Window
You may return an unopened, undamaged product within 14 days of receipt. Contact us by email to start the process.
Cancellations
Cancel at any time before dispatch by calling or emailing us. You may also decline to receive the parcel on delivery - the order is then automatically cancelled.
Opened Packaging
For hygiene reasons, opened food supplement bottles cannot be returned. This is in line with New Zealand consumer law for perishable goods.
